Important Fraud Warning: Email Impersonation Alert
The Southeast Event Centre is reaching out to make our contacts aware of a fraudulent email scheme currently circulating in our community.
An individual is impersonating Jamie Roy, Director of Sales and Marketing with the Steinbach Pistons, using the unauthorized email address jamieroysteinbachpistons@yahoo.com to solicit vendor fees for the upcoming season at our centre. This person has no affiliation with the Steinbach Pistons organization or the Southeast Event Centre, and this matter is being taken very seriously.
Please do not respond to or engage with this email under any circumstances.
All official communication from the Steinbach Pistons will come exclusively from their verified organizational domain. Any email that does not originate from that domain should be disregarded immediately.
If you have already responded to this fraudulent email or made a payment, please contact the RCMP right away at 204-326-1234.
