The Southeast Event Centre was built by the community for the community. With spacious concourses, larger than most traditional seating, exceptional sightlines, comfort and style while feeling at home where you can enjoy the fast-paced hockey of the Steinbach Pistons to live arts & entertainment for thousands or a simple meeting room for 2. We have you covered from state-of-the-art Wi-Fi to our many offerings of our inhouse food & beverage services.

Accessibility
The Southeast Event Centre has washrooms on all three levels, family washrooms with change stations on the 100 & 200 levels.
Water Fountains located throughout the facility for your hydration needs.
Two public elevators are available.
Accessible seating is located in sections 101, 108, 109 & 116 as needed.
All end isle seats are equipped with an adjustable arm bar.
Each seat has a cup holder.
Seat widths start at 20″ and go up to 24″.
Accessible parking is located in front of our main and west entrance.
Braille signage on all wayfinding signage.
Mobile Charging Stations
Animals
Animals of any kind are prohibited at The Southeast Event Centre except for service animals for guests with disabilities.
Cameras & Electronic Devices
Media credentials must be granted by the Southeast Event Centre for all professional cameras, video cameras and audio recorders are also prohibited unless specifically approved on an event-by-event basis.
The Southeast Event Centre will not check cameras for guests at events where such items are prohibited so guests will be required to return them to their vehicle or stored elsewhere off-site. Still (non-professional) point and shoot cameras are allowed for Steinbach Pistons hockey games and certain other specified events (the use of flash is prohibited). Cameras with detachable lenses and/or ones that do not fit in a standard pant pocket will be prohibited. The venue reserves the right to determine acceptable size or type of camera and prohibit entry at their sole discretion. Camera policies for entertainment events can vary by artist and event type, and specific restrictions are not always known in advance. If unsure of camera policy for an event, enquiries can be made by contacting Guest Services.
For safety purposes, selfie sticks are prohibited.
Costumes
Costumes are permitted for all events inside the Southeast Event Centre.
Costumes including the following elements/accessories will not be permitted inside:
- Anything that can obstruct the view of other guests
- Chains or spikes or any related concepts
- Anything racial or offensive in any matter
- Anything Political
- Any resemblance of any type of weapon
Credentials
The Southeast Event Centre enforces a credential-based system for all non-spectator areas. For related passes from Media to Game Day contact Guest Services for submission and or your Department Contact. All Credentials are that are approved by the General Manager and can be revoked at anytime.
Cannabis
The Non-Smokers Health Protection and Vapour Products Act prohibits smoking and e-cigarette use in enclosed public places.
The Southeast Event Centre is a smoke-free building. The definition of smoking under the Act has been amended to include smoking cannabis, and therefore, smoking, including cannabis products, and use of e-cigarettes is prohibited in all areas of the arena. In addition, smoking tobacco or cannabis within 10 meters of any external entry door at The Southeast Event Centre is also prohibited under legislation. Please see the designated smoking section.

Video Surveillance
The Southeast Event Centre is equipped with state-of-the-art video surveillance and facial recognition software.
Water Bottles
Empty water bottles/containers that are soft sided are permitted inside. Water fountains are located by Section 103, SCU Gym/Hall and by the Atrium Washrooms on the main level.
Outside Food & Drink
For all ticketed events, no outside food is permitted.
